The Expensive Dream

India is still a developing country, where most of the people striving hard to come out of the poverty line. Our people wants  basic needs like education, food and basic infra facilities.
Without even clearing these problems, is it necessary to have a bullet train in our country?
The answer for this question is absolutely no.
Because we all know that our existing railway transportation system needs better maintenance. Since the northern railways is facing severe derailment cases for the past one month. Still these issues are not cleared. Then how can our government can sign a lavish project like this without even clearing the existing problems.
Modernizing is good, but modernization without satisfaction is bad. We need basic satisfaction.
Still the metro trains in the metros are running freely, that most of the people are not ready to pay the minimum fare which huge for daily wagers.
So the bullet train project will also face the same problem that most of people will prefer to travel in low cost transports than this. Only the upper class people will use that, which is not majority.
So improving the existing system will pave the way for this problem.
Our country is not poor, it is poor in taking good decisions and cleverness.
Avoid lavish wish and provide basic life style for our people then everything will be balanced
